Troy started in the Automotive Industry as a teenager in 1988. He worked his way up from the bottom with one main goal: to change the face of automotive in a positive way. With that mission in mind, he and his wife Kori purchased Graham Auto Repair in 2006. In June 2022 we opened our second location!

In 2012 we joined ATI--a group of over 1800 like-minded shop owners. The Automotive Training Institute delivers personal coaching that helps our team to reach and exceed our goals. Together our Team won the award of National Top Shop in 2020!

Our focus will always be to put people first. This includes our team, our customers, our vendors, and our community. It is our mission to provide honest, transparent, and professional services--every time. We are investing in people's lives! We do this through consistent training for our team, and by repairing & maintaining our customer's vehicles.

Our experienced Technicians have trained to repair all makes and models of cars. We have Apprentice Technicians who are training with us to do the same. Our Service Team is your communication hotline! They listen to your concerns about your vehicle, and share those details with our Techs. Our Techs take pictures while inspecting and repairing your vehicle. This makes it even easier for our Advisors to show you the exact health of your vehicle. They will help you decide what services to perform, and what services can wait for a future visit.

For our local customers we have complimentary pick-up and drop-off. For longer services, you can schedule a courtesy loaner car. Would you prefer to hang out with us while you wait? We have a comfortable waiting room with WiFi, TV and a kid's play area too. You will find drinks and snacks in our coffee bar and a charging station for your phone or laptop. “It has been one of those years where it seems everything has been happening to my family's vehicles. I tried this place out for the first time about 5 months ago with my RAM 1500, and they did fine work. Great customer service, including a ride home while I waited for my truck repairs (nobody wants to sit in any shop for 5+ hours). I felt so taken care of with my truck, I took my wife's van in the next month for a rear axle issue. Again, no complaints. My daughters Jeep Liberty gave us a fuss 2 months after that, and, yep, this is where I went. So I have had three vehicles in to the Yelm location this year, and have been please with all services. Extremely thorough (including pics) on the inspection. Very detailed. I will be taking my vehicles here for the near future. In this economy, I have to know I am getting value out of the money I have to spend on my vehicles. Graham Auto Repair in Yelm is my choice where I will put my money if I have car troubles."
