For years I used Buckys in Orting for all my vehicle needs. (I usually buy older vehicles, so there were a lot of needs!). Once Gage left for Montana , I was very dissatisfied with their service. Since then, I have switched to Graham Auto and really feel the type of energy that I experienced before. It feels personalized and professional. I just love this place. They are kind and direct. They don’t force feed you the upsell. They let you know what you should address and send pics of those areas. I have ALWAYS enjoyed my interactions with the different employees. I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles here.

I called Graham Auto to get a simple price quote for major maintenance&a few other misc thing's. They weren't able to provide me a simlle over the phone price quote without a contact number,lic plate#,VIN&then they wanted to call me back later. I gave them the year make&model/engine size. But the person insisted that they can't build a quote without said info. I find that hard to believe cause I've worked at several dealerships&independent shops. I told them I'd rather not share my personal info to a stranger cause of spam calls etc... I hope they're understanding cause selling ppl's personal information nowadays is a HUGE ISSUE. I'm not saying that's what there doing but a simple price quote for a major servicing&2other small repairs takes mins to find out. Maybe I'm just old school but idk?

Brought in my Dodge Jounrey to get my transmission replaced. A tad on the pricier side but the quality of work is great! They keep you informed and explain everything. All in all, it was a great experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend over other shops in the area.
