I used this auto repair shop for diagnostics on my car, to pin point the issue. However, they could have not been more dishonest! I gave them the exact codes that my car was reading. They were given the codes (U0100 & U0073) BEFORE service, they failed to express they could not program Mazda. After diagnostics was completed, the shop called to inform me they could not repair my car due to make/model of my car and not having the ability to program a PCM for MAZDA. They informed me they could not program the following makes: Audi, Mazda & Mitsubishi. These codes point to module failure, why would a shop perform diagnostics on a car that they CANNOT REPAIR?!? I would have never taken my car to a shop that was unable to repair computer module issues. Their inability of programming Mazda should have been brought to my attention prior to scheduling a diagnostic, given the fact they were given codes. After receiving their results, I looked into a new PCM. Funny, I find out that PCM come pre-programmed. Therefore, programming is not necessary. Please see their results below. Their report reads inaccurate details: Customer states car doesn't start-Was never stated on my behalf. My car did start, but immediately stalled. Not to mention, a new battery was installed right before taken to their shop. Once my car was returned to me, my battery was completely dead. Due to Graham Auto Repair's dishonestly and loyalty to their customers, I feel a full refund is necessary.
