I was very impressed with both customer service (Isaiah) and the lead technician (Chris) in the Yelm, WA Graham Auto Repair location. Isaiah kept me informed of what was wrong with my vehicle and kept me aware when my vehicle would be ready and the price, which did not change. I have faith in both of them to ensure my vehicle will operate without issue. I would definitely recommend this shop for any concerns or issues with your vehicle.

Took our buick in to have it repaired told the guy when we dropped it off it was making a noise that it shouldn't and he said he didn't hear we assumed it was because of the traffic driving by they told us they fixed the car but when we got it back it ran worse than before and it was even louder there is no way that a buick that was silent before it had the problem should be louder if they fixed it now we have to take it to another shop to actually figure out what is really wrong with it this is ridiculous that I am paying twice to fix my car update got the car in again turns out there was a problem the first we took it in the gave an estimate of 4k with 100% mark up on the parts they charge 1800 for the part if I but it from gm it is 900 and and northwest Chevrolet is way less expensive to have it fixed I was hoping that they would be priced better here but no o2 sensors 100% mark up crazy was hoping to be able to get to 5 stars but I cannot justify it.

I can't say enough good things about this shop and the team!! As always I beyond satisfied by their Customer Service, dedication to make sure you are well taken care of, and attention to detail when working on your vehicle. Had my f450 exhaust sensors replaced the truck is running great and no check engine light they have a quik turn around rate which is awesome👍
