Had n excellent experience with them. Lance was just great and Sean was super thorough in his inspection of my wife's 4RUNNER. I'm taking my Avalon in on Monday for service because of my very nice experience with her SUV. Besides that, they're only a a few miles from us. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness of the place. As a former dealership service and general manager I would highly recommend them. Thanks again!!

Did great work and didn’t have it for a Ridiculous amount of time. They even took Initiative to put in my reverse light and called me to inform me what else was need after the Initial problem and was able to take me and pick me up from home. Great job !!!!

Took my car here after a bad experience with an unnamed Hyundai Dealership. My brake booster failed and the car was returned to me without even a mention of it. Meaning my brakes essentially didn't work. I called Graham Auto immediately the next day and had the car in, getting Diagnosed and worked on the same day. Got the diagnosis, an exact breakdown of the Estimate, and an estimated time of completion. They do good, decently priced, fast work. Their service advisors are always trying to ensure you know what's happening and you feel comfortable.

Graham Auto Repair was wonderful. My car broke down close to their shop on a weekend. I just dropped off my car and they were very quick to respond back to me on Monday morning and had my car back running by Tuesday. I am very appreciative.
