We had a wonderful experience with Graham auto. Took my truck in and got an estimate on repairs. . Reese went out of his way to make sure we got our truck back on time as we were planning a camping trip and there were a few delays in getting parts. The entire shop was friendly and professional. We will go back.

Wonderful auto shop. Very friendly and informative, even to a non car guy like me. This is the second time I have been to this shop, and they have become my mechanics.

I have taken two of my vehicles to Graham Auto Repair and have had great results each time. It is hard to find honest mechanics that show you pictures of the problem areas and work with you to get the issues rectified.

AVOID THIS PLACE I took my 2500 duramax in here a few months ago to have new tires and rims placed on it. I asked if they were compatible to which they said yes. I get the tires replaced, they do an alignment and they pull my truck out, nearly an hour and a half longer than they told me it would be. Before I leave, I tell them that my TPMS isn’t showing any readings. The guy tells me to drive it a few times and the sensors should restore. So I take his word and leave. Of course the sensors never restore and NOW I have an ABS error and a trailer break error as well as a shaking wheel when going above 50mph. So I call and make another appointment. They tell me that the ABS error and trailer brake error had nothing to do with them, but to bring it in and have it realigned. These errors have NEVER shown up until the moment they pulled it out of their garage for the first time. They look at it again and tell me that they reset the sensors and everything should be working fine, and that they’ve redone the alignment. Again, I leave the store without tire sensors working with the promise it will work after a few drives. Of course, the sensors never return but the alignment is better. I call once again and make another appointment. This time they tell me that the TPMS needs to be replaced, after I was told that everything was compatible on the first tire change. They tell me it’s going to cost me another couple hundred to have the TPMs done. They did end up giving me a discount, so I had them install the TPMS anyway. As well as fixing the alignment for the THIRD time. Again, another 1.5 hours longer than they said. Finally, my TPMS works, my alignment is good, BUT my trailer brake system and ABS are still showing errors. I took it to another shop and it turns out they did break my sensors during install of the new tires and rims. WHICH THEY DENIED HAVING ANY PART OF. They don’t respect your time, they charge more than any shop in the area, and they deny when damages are caused by them. I went in for a tire and rim replacement and ended up going in 3-4 times to have things redone. Take it to someone else. Especially if you’re a woman driving a truck. They’ll treat you like you’re incompetent. I’ve been told by other shops that they’ve stopped recommending this place because of their frequent unnecessary repairs, overcharging, and damaging vehicles.

A/C went out on my van during the hottest days. We got in quick here and they went right to work. Tech Nick M. Was responsive and the diagnostic reports she wrote up were so detailed. I really appreciated her correspondence. Would gladly bring my cars back here and recommend them to friends.

Disappointed in this shop. I took my car in to have a crankshaft relearn performed, and to have an a/c diagnostic done. What I received was a list of other items wrong with the car. I was informed that another diagnostic needed to find out what was wrong. I asked about the relearn, and was told they couldn't do it because of the codes. The a/c diagnostic was not done either. I felt that after a $186 diagnostic, it should be enough to point at a possible issue... nope.That list included a leaking differential cover which was last removed by this shop several years ago during a fluid service. It turns out that when they reinstalled the cover, they put a bracket that holds some tubing and hoses in place BETWEEN the cover and the differential thus creating a leak on the upper side. Bottom line is I felt that they were stacking diagnostic charges, when experienced mechanics would give possible solutions. I won't return to this shop, especially after finding the source of the leak in my differential.
