Best service I’ve had at ANY company. Had multiple quite expensive fixes done to my truck. The first time it didn’t work but they brought me back two more times free of charge until the issue was solved. They even provided me a free loaner car.

My first visit with Graham Auto repair and they were fantastic!! From the appointment set I received reminder text and confirmation Once I got there I explained the challenge with my car it was keeping moisture in the car on windows and windshield so in this cold rainy weather I had to drive with the AC on full to see Then the tech explained what they would do with a diagnostic test and the steps they would take to figure out the issue And they explained in terms a non car mechanic like myself can understand I dropped the car off They called me twice with the next step and explained what they had found they also called for next steps I should take after their inspection of my car Once it was finished they called for me to pick up They did an outstanding job fixing the issue I have heat and defrost works perfectly!!

Would leave ZERO stars if I could. I had my brakes done in July and this month the front left rotor was scraping on the caliper due to a missing brake caliper bolt and one loose brake caliper bracket bolt. I was in Olympia when this happened at work so I called AAA and they could tow it to Ford Mullinax. I had Ford Mullinax repair the vehicle due to this failure. I come back today and I’m victim blamed because I didn’t call Graham Auto first because apparently they could have towed it and covered everything in the warranty. How would I know that? Why would I have the same people repair a vehicle when it failed the first time? Why is this my fault? If the brakes fail it could cause a catastrophic incident where I or somebody else gets seriously injured or worse. It’s poor customer service. If you are a manager you should at least address the customer and communicate in person with a customer that paid over 2400 dollars of work. Now I’m out another 1233 because of this issue. I’m seriously disappointed. All I wanted was a refund on the front brakes. It isn’t even about the money. I don’t need it. I’m lucky. It’s about peace of mind and safety.

Nobody likes to take their car in for a simple oil change and then it turns out to be more. Ugh!!! That being said, that Isaiah is a peach. So courteous and friendly. This is my go to auto service center in Yelm.

They take advantage of women. Had my wife bring her car in saying the sunroof was leaking, they said $200 to diagnose problem. I came back with my wife they said it was fixed and I paid the bill and asked what it was. He said my sunroof was leaking, I said I already knew that...but from what? He said the mechanic already went home so he didn't really know he just writes up the bill. Paid them $200 to do their job for them ie i told them the problem. They said they figured out why my car was getting wet inside, leaking sunroof. That was the diagnose. They insisted if they can't diagnose the problem there is no charge. I asked where it was leaking from and he said they didnt know and couldn't figure it out. They were trying to take advantage of a women and trying to rip off my wife. I asked for my money if they couldn't diagnose, My wife didnt want a confrontation and said let's just go.
