We have reviewed the Services that were performed by our Technician and believe there was some miscommunication concerning what was Diagnosed and what Services were completed. Our technician completed Diagnostics on three separate concerns that you presented to our Service Advisor, as you stated that the vehicle had been sitting for 10 years. The Air Conditioning Service performed aided him in Diagnosing a faulty Evaporator Core on the A/C Unit.
