We've had Greham Auto work on several of our cars and have been happy with their work. Recently we took our car in for work on the rear suspension and brakes. Work they quoted a few months ago when they worked on the front end. After dropping the car off, and then receiving a texted quote, we received a call to tell us they wouldn't work on the rear suspension and brakes because of a musty odor in the cabin. They have worked on the car several times in the past year in the same condition. the car is nearly 20 years old so no surprise that it may not have that "new car" smell. Sorry to offend your sensitive noses. I hope I haven't hurt your feelings with this review.

Last year we had Automotive Specialislt, on Golden Given Road in Tacoma Washington, do 9 grand of Repair work on our 2003 Dodge Ram. Most of what they did failed. This year we took the same truck to Graham Auto Repair. They fixed everything that the other shop failed to repair. They were more professional, they were more knowledgeable, and they made sure we understood exactly what needed fixing and exactly what our cost would be. Our truck drives, and sounds, like it did when it was brand new. We are 100% happy with the service we recieved from Graham Auto Repair, and would recommend this shop to everyone. Had to make 3 trips/appointments for my A/C issue(S) on my 1994 OBS refrigerant fill to two different leaks that weren't caught on the first release. Ended up spending more and more when the 2nd appointment should have flagged the issues since the first didn't.
