I was told I could not come back in for are because my tires were over 10 years old I understand that you're not allowed to service tires but simply giving air is not that But up until I had to deal with this particular person that said this to me this is a great place to come Happy people smiles and just downright good people and willing to help

Wish I could share an experience but I can't even get communication from them. Don't bother using their online 'contact us' tool. They don't even use it.

I went to Graham Auto Repair for the first time this morning and was very impressed! Chrisitan helped advise me with my oil change and took the time to go over everything regarding my vehicle in detail with pictures to show me everything they found. He was very polite, kind, patient and professional. On top of everything I got in my car and found a festive fall goodie bag as customer appreciation, small things go a long way. I felt valued as a customer and felt good about the service I received. Keep it up, Graham Auto!

Recently, I had my front axle U-joints replaced. The service writer was very friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. The estimate that was given was accurate, which is a very trusting knowing they didn't try to slide extras in on me. The big bonus was my truck inside, it hasn't been this clean for some time now!! Thanks, Graham Auto. Not only will I be returning as needed, but I will also recommend your business to others. Update: they actually called about a week after the repair to make sure everything was good and insure I was still satisfied with the repair! Great customer care!!

I say the second time I'm went there was so nice very plight told me what to expect and where to the 2 days later they did my catalytic converter very quick going on day 4 no check engine light on my car runs like a champ that guys I definitely be going back in the future
