Service was great! Rob was very nice and kept me informed on the status of my car. The whole team there took care of me and understood what i needed and wanted with my exhaust repair. One of the few repair shops i can say, has truly amazing service and people.

I have been through it all with my Mazda CX-5, mechanically. I have had the same mechanic work on it from oil changes to an engine replacement. Then I needed to find a new mechanic. I brought my car to Graham Auto for a 150k mile inspection. They gave lots of recommendations and I agreed to them, including the GDI service. Then the check engine light came on. They did all they could to diagnose the problem which ended up being the catalytic converter. The cause of the failure was not definite yet Brain assured me they would make it right. They stand by their work and they have the experience/knowledge to back it. I am forever grateful to Brian and the team for fixing my car back to 100%. In the past 3 months, I have been to Graham Auto or talked to them on the phone more than my own relatives. They really do treat you like family. They are honest and genuine. I can't say I look forward to the next time it breaks but I know my car will be in excellent hands!

The team here helped me get my tire on the rim for me when I was stranded with a flat tire. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for their help. They were courteous and generally seemed happy to help me. Their office and waiting room was very clean, looked very comfortable and I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner almost immediately after walking in. The staff all looked and presented themselves very well and acted very professional... I also couldn't pass up the opportunity to give their 1,000th review...

My 1998 Ford F-150 would randomly not start and leave me stranded. Took it to Graham Auto Repair and they were able to diagnose and repair in no time. I highly recommend them for any auto repair services you may need.

They did a good job doing my oil change and it didn't take long at all. They gave me great information about how my vehicle was doing and didn't give me false information. They don't pressure you into making a follow up appointment, and give you a estimate if you ask. *Edit: They contacted me directly after posting this and helped clear up any issues I had.

My steering was completely seized up on my f150 and needed to get it towed. I called graham auto and they offered to have it towed if I didn't have a way to get it there. They diagnosed it and sent a text with the info the same day and we got the parts for the repair ordered right then and there. They notified me when the parts arrived and the repair was done the next day and I was able to come in and pick it up. Truck drives like new and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Brian.
