They were great got me in for emergency brake service. Everywhere else was over a week to wait.

I recently called Graham Family Auto for a quote and provided all the necessary details about my vehicle and the work needed. I was told I’d receive a call back later that same day with the quote. As closing time approached and I hadn’t heard back, I called again and spoke to a different representative. He apologized, said they got slammed, and assured me that the original person I spoke with would call me back by the end of the day. The next day came, and still no response. I called again, but after waiting four days and following up three times, I never received a simple quote. Frustrated, I reached out to Sorenson’s Auto, just down the road, and they gave me a quote in under 10 minutes. I understand that shops get busy, but if they can’t even provide a quote in a reasonable time frame, how can they be trusted with actual repairs? After reading other reviews, it seems like this is a common issue, along with questionable pricing. I highly recommend going somewhere more professional and organized.
