My service appt was for rear brakes on my F150 after being told by two Ford dealerships that they needed to be replaced. One dealership said 3mm, the other said 4mm. Neither could do the work until late Dec so I made the appt with you for rear brakes. I was surprised but pleased to receive a call saying the brakes didn’t need to be replaced yet! I’m quite impressed and you will get the job when it’s time. And you gave me a ride so I didn’t need to wait. Honest and polite! Pretty much a rarity now.

My wife and I were on our way home last week when I hit something with my passenger rear tire. It was very dark and cold so I kept going I hit it at the top of Orting hill. I was able to make it to Graham Auto Repair even though it was about closing time they joined in and put my spare tire on. My wife and I are up in years and crippled up so with out them it would have been a long and cold night. They were so nice and helped us out of a real jam. It is nice to see people like that today we need more of them. Many Many thanks to you guys. Merry Christmas to Graham Auto Repair.

Awesome service and very good customer service. They explain everything they are doing and why it needs to be done. I wouldn't use another Automotive service company, even if it was cheaper... and I am cheap! LOL
