We had a problem with our car that GA had repaired before. Since they stand by their lifetime warranty, they totally fixed it fast and at no charge. That's just one of the many reasons we will go nowhere else for auto repair. good job!!

Exceptional service, fair pricing, and trustworthy repairs... These are the gold standards that every vehicle owner looks for when choosing a repair shop, with the hope to build a lasting relationship and have peace of mind when one is needed... LOOK NO FURTHER THAN GRAHAM AUTO REPAIR!!! Are there less expensive shops? More than likely... Are there shops with a more open schedule? Probably, but for bad reasons... Will I find the personalized and compassionate service I value as much as my vehicle? NO WAY!!! Graham Auto Repair told me they couldn't assess my vehicle for almost 10 days from the time I called them, which tells me they are busy, which tells me they are GOOD! Ask any business owner what the best problem to have is and they will tell you being TOO BUSY! I have been in upper management for over 20 years and currently own my business for the last 3 years, and I can personally affirm that being busy is a strong indication of the quality and level of the product and services a company offers. I first did business with Graham Auto Repair over 3 years ago, and my only work vehicle was a 1992 Chevy pick up. Now at that age I'm sure there were quite a few repairs that could have been done, however Rick understood two things from talking, and more importantly, LISTENING to my problem and situation. One, I was just starting out my business so money was tight, and two, I needed my vehicle back ASAP. They provided me with a shuttle service at no charge back to my house after drop off, they diagnosed and fixed the problem by the next day, fuel filter ALONE fixed the problem, and Troy, the owner I believe, personally came and picked me up the next day to get me back to my truck, and more importantly back to work! Then they priced out recommended services and counseled me on a game plan to insure that my truck would stay as reliable as I needed it to be, while at the same time allowing me to make unpressured decisions on ALL of the work they recommended. Since then they have worked on my truck at least 2 times with the same exceptional level of service, and the most recent repair, which I told you was going to take 10 days before they even looked at it, only had me without my truck for 3 days, AND IT DIDN'T RUN, I HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED THERE! This is the ONLY SHOP that will ever touch my vehicles, truck or car. Troy, Rick, and the guy that gave me a level of professional service I have never experienced before, Rob, will treat you and your vehicle hopefully the same way, because at Graham Auto Repair you and your vehicle are the life blood of their success, and they understand the lost art of SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! SO, as I stated earlier, look no further than Graham Auto Repair, I haven't yet and I continually leave much happier and satisfied than I and my vehicle arrive, and I am confident they will do the same for you. Replaced our transmission in record time, had them replace/ flush just about everything you can flush or replace and we have a near new car again! Everything top shelf, can't beat the service, the people or the follow through!
