Cost was as quoted and they didn't try to pressure me into buying anything extra. Staff was also upbeat and courteous.

This was my first time using Graham Auto Repair, because my car had failed an emissions test. The staff was very friendly and relaxed, making me feel right at home. I was especially surprised at how clean and "feng shui'd" the waiting area was. Very warm and inviting. They give you complimentary rides to/from home if you live 5-10 miles away, if your repair will take a while. The prices are great. I will definitely be using their services, in the future!

I am so happy that I found Graham Auto. Rick, Rob and their mechanics are awesome. Beyond fixing my car at a reasonable rate, they clean my windshield for me and as I'm disabled and unable to do it for myself, I greatly appreciate that. Something else above and beyond is a little gift they put in your car for you. Down to earth, explain everything in easy to understand language, these guys are awesome.

I very much liked the fact that they went the extra mile for me, Rick was very thorough in explaining to me what could be wrong with my van and helped me to determined what could be done next. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!:)
