Got my car done up with a winter package that they had from the Value-pak my wife found. Was fairly cheap for the all of the service that was done to my truck. The staff were amazing. I sat in the lobby while waiting. The guy working the front desk was awesome. He was juggling answering the phone, doing paperwork, and taking care of customers and was still polite and courteous to everybody that came through. 10/10 will go here for all of my mechanical needs.

I contacted Graham Auto Repair because we are new to the area, and needed our truck maintained and prepped for winter. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, and flexible with drop off and pick up time. I opted to drop the car on Monday evening for my Tuesday appointment. The work was completed by mid-day Tuesday, and I was advised of some minor issues that would need to be addressed. I asked them to complete the recommended work, and my car was ready for pickup that afternoon. Prices were fair and reasonable. They have our future business!

Very happy with the service we get from Graham Auto. Things we like: They take time to explain the whole service/procedure until we understand what to expect or not expect. There's the little courtesies that are just plain nice. They have a nice, WARM waiting room. Everything is so clean. Everyone is so nice. Plus, they fixed our car quickly!
