Graham Auto Repair

I was meaning to write this review a few months ago! I recently had a lot of work done to my car and I took it to Graham auto. My family has gone through them for everything. Never once have I left their shop without a problem being fixed....which is always such a relief to me. Rick is amazing, he has great customer service skills and treats me and my daughter as if we were family. I needed to drop my car off all day, and they removed the car seat from my car, put it in theirs and took me home! If I could give them five more stars I would! They also offer a great rewards program and leave me all kinds of goodies in my car when I pick it up! I will never go anywhere else

AMAZING!!! By far the best service I have ever received. My truck needed some massive engine work done. Rick took his time with me and kept in contact throughout the process. I always felt that I was number one priority and it is plain to see that he truly cares for all 'his' vehicles. In the end, I paid less than I thought I would and received many more services. I am confident knowing that my truck is in great working order. Later I discovered that every system was checked, my transmission fluid and radiator fluid was changed out, my horn and cruise control work again...My truck was left clean and even had a nice gift waiting inside. I feel like I am a truly valued customer and will never again go elsewhere!

The people at Graham Auto Repair are knowledgeable and honest. Dennis and I have found the perfect place to take care of our cars. Thank you so much.

I've never been to Graham Auto Repair until my bestfriend started working there. I love that it is family owned and very trustworthy. I am very leary of ever taking my truck to places because i am afraid they will not do a good job and charge me an arm and a leg. Graham Auto walked me through it all and made me aware of what they were going to do. I was only without a vehicle for a day and everything was fixed!! (i let my truck go a little and didn't keep up on the maintenance) Thank you for taking care of me and you will be my go to auto shop for years to come!

Overall experience was good! Should've listened and not taken possession of my car, it did exactly what they said it would do! It broke down! Took it back by tow truck immediately to get it fixed! Get it Monday nd can't wait to be on the road again! 1998 VW Jetta VR6 -Tyler McCourt
