my car runs better than ever!!

I had my car brought in after I was surprised with a check engine light. They were kind and courteous and very good with communication about what the problem was , and every step along the way , so there was no more surprises. Luckily it was an easy fix and they were very prompt! Prices seemed very fair, and I never felt like I was being sold anything I didn't need as they were very thorough about explaining in a way I could understand both the problem and solution! I am happy to find a local repair shop that takes such good care of their customers especially in this industry, and too many long, ridiculous hours and money spent in dealerships only to be treated rudely and be made to feel like I was an incompetent idiot. Thank you to Graham Auto Repair for creating another life-customer :)

Graham Auto Repair has repaired everything I couldn't myself for many years. I've never had a bad experience. When something didn't come out quite right, they made it right. Even with the computers in our cars, they don't just spit out instructions on what to fix. Sometimes it's difficult to track down, but they have always spent the time to find it, and keep me informed every step of the way. Their prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work. Nobody likes to take their car to a shop, but I feel better about leaving my car at Grahama Auto Repair.

I am so thankful to have a place where I can take my car and be able to trust that everything is going to be taken care of and that I'm not going to be screwed over. Auto shops get such a bad rap because there are some out there that can't be trusted. Those ones ruin it for the rest. Graham Auto Repair is not one of those; I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Troy is a respectable and trustworthy person who definitely cares about doing his best for his customers. Thank you for what you do!!!

I have been a customer there for years, and always feel like I can trust their advice. They've always treated me well and have even called me back to tell me I didn't need service that I had requested when they could have just as easily taken my money and said nothing. I recommend them to all my friends and family and even have friends that drive from Tacoma to get their service there.

The techs at Graham Auto are very knowledgeable and do a good thorough job of diagnosis. I have a certain amount of automotive knowledge and experience and I can tell that they know what they are talking about. If it's something I can't (or don't want) to fix myself this is the *ONLY* shop I take my vehicles to.
