Graham's auto in yelm my daughter took her car there and they did a great job on her car so I took my car and pickup there they did a great job and they are very friendly and I would recommend Graham auto to any of my friends or family thank you for such a great job

I was driving my truck to the store and it went into complete failure, upon inspection I found a mouse had tore up my air filter and made a nest. I decided to call Graham auto and see what they could do. They tore it down and cleaned out the nest and got my truck running better than ever. I was so surprised when they told me what they had to do and how much it was going to cost. It was so much less expensive than I anticipated and they didn’t even try to upsell me on other things to fix. They are honest and prompt and professional. They have a new life long customer. Thank you to your people. We needed a place like this in town.!!!

I called last week a couple times and left a message. Still waiting for a turn call; same situation with my mom. She has called no answer no calls returned. The building looks good; much better than the red monstrosity before. They must still be in the process of hiring staff for the front reception. I gave 5 stars because I want them to see this message and fix the issue so I can use them and leave a real review for the business.

Did a good job on my timing belt (at least so far after 300 miles). I picked my car up right before closing and was going to my uncles place in roy; didn't even make it to Walmart by the time I heard a scraping noise and had no boost on my jetta. I limp it to roy and realize that the clamp on the intercooler piping was not on. Got it put back on after taking the headlight off and half the bumper. Went back to graham auto to let them know and they apologized and offered to make it right if the intercooler tube goes bad.

I'm happy to say my experience with Graham auto was great! They were thorough, thoughtful and they didn't get irritated with me asking questions. The work done on my truck has only been a couple days but seems to be done the correct way so far. The issues I had was with communication on pricing and timeframe. The pricing changed a couple times and I was told I would get my truck back on a date as worst case so made plans for the weekend and then they had to keep my truck until the next week and therefore had to cancel all my plans last minute because I kept being told it should be done. My plans were out of town and needed my truck in order to get across the mountain so I had to cancel last minute which cost money along with not being able to meet people that I had planned to meet for a while. Better Communication would have been nice. The staff was nice when I talked to them but that didn’t help the situation. Seems like they did a good job on the work but all the other stuff was tough to deal with.
