Editing to 5-star review. I received a follow-up call from Graham Auto explaining the unrefunded cost was diagnostic services. After discussing in more detail they were able to resolve this for me. I really appreciated them following up and earning my trust back. Gonna take my car back in next week for a blinker that isn't working. Glad I have a good place to bring my vehicle into again! Original post: My car battery kept dying even after having the battery replaced at Graham Auto. Another place eventually told me I'd had the wrong battery put in my car. When I contacted Graham Auto they very professionally agreed to give me a refund, but in the end they only refunded me the $160 for the cost of the battery, not the whole $300 I paid including the labor. Mistakes happen, but I would have thought they would make it fully right.

We had a good first experience with Graham Auto. They seemed to check all of the boxes. When I picked up the car after the oil change they had left the seat and floor protector in the car not a big deal but a detail overlooked. We brought the car back for shocks and transmission service. I arrived at 747 am. After I pulled on the door it got the attention of the employee sitting at the computer. He looked at me and then looked up at the clock above him. Making me wait until 8, okay I get it. They had the car all day. My Wife was driving by and noticed our car sitting outside so I called and sure enough the employee said oh ya it’s done. Again not a big deal but again a detail that was overlooked.

Took my Toyota on Nov 30 2020 to have service done..As usual stand up job by the team at Graham Auto Repair.. Couldn't be happier.. Have taken my Toyota to them at the old and the new one for at 10 years.. Love these guys...

Again, I had my vehicle diagnosed and again, such expert advice on what was wrong. I do most of my own servicing on my vehicles but there are times I get stumped on the issue. Ive been coming here on and off over the last year for major and minor repairs. The staff is friendly and will remember your name. An honest garage that will tell you all the things you need to know and not just the cost of the one thing you asked for. Does good work and it's well worth the price. Would recommend this shop to anyone

They were very nice! Very professional business, they were extremely thorough in checking out my Murano. Didn’t try to pressure me into having any services done that weren’t necessary right now. Did more than I expected during the inspection too. I know they’re a little more expensive than some places but it’s totally worth it. I’m taking my husband’s and son’s cars in ASAP!
