Great service. Knowlaganle competent staff.

I mainly communicated with Jennifer at front desk and Rick in service. Both have great communication. I love how they do their inspection of the vehicle and take pictures. I appreciate Rick’s knowledge and advice about cars and how to deal with the problems that arise.

Friendly folks and great customer service but prices are just too high here. They charge you to diagnose your car so that's almost $200 right out the gate before any work is ever done. Seems like this would be a courtesy of the shop since the customer chose them to fix the vehicle. I've had my car here a few times and the labor is always way more than the parts and be aware they do use expensive parts.. a small example $60 for a bottle of brake fluid.. There are shops that do just as good work for half or more of the cost with cost saving parts that are made to last just as long. If you don't mind price this is a good shop as the work is done well. But as friendly as the staff is I'm going to go a different route next time my car needs serviced and as is my recommendation to everyone for the simple fact the bill shouldn't be 10 times the price of the parts..

Great to work with! Unexpected vehicle problems are never any fun. But the crew at Graham Auto Repair have gotten me back up and running quickly. I appreciate their thorough and accurate diagnosis and repairs. Thanks again for all your help!
