Great service and very knowledgeable and professional staff as always..not everyone is a mechanic and when they're explaining things its in terms one can understand which I appreciate VERY much..we always went to the Graham location when we lived there and were very happy when the yelm location open since we moved to yelm..thanks

Just want to say how happy I was with all the work done on my car at Yelm, Graham Auto Repair. My 1996 VW GTI needed a lot of work. I contacted Christian and told him I needed his help. He did a through diagnostic and figured out my problems. He explained every detail to me what was needed to make my car right. I wanted my car done right, and he and his crew met all my expectations. He was in touch with me at all times to let me know how things were going and the time frame it would take to get it done. Thanks Christian, and all your crew. You guys are the best!!

Unorganized, needs some management. Greeting has 1 too many people working in there, very loud. I would have liked more specific details of my work done

Steve, we appreciate your feedback. Our team should have communicated more clearly to let you know that we were completing training in the front office. We apologize that we did not give you enough details regarding your diesel oil service and driveline lube. We would be more than happy to explain things in more detail if you would like! As to how loud it is in the front office, we agree. We are working on how to make things echo less inside that room, so that it can be quieter up front.
