I needed a drivers front Wheel bearing replaced and didn't have the time to do it myself. At first I was excited to give a new local auto shop my business. Until they called me for the quote of $1271 without parts. I called a shop I've always used in the past before moving to Yelm and they quoted me $200, which is also how much Graham Auto charged me just for a diagnostic. This place is extremely over priced and will never see my business again. Ill take the hour drive to get better service elsewhere.
You are correct Matthew, the price that we quoted you over the phone was incorrect. That's one of the reasons that we prefer to discuss things in person, so there is less room for mistakes. We should have taken the time to ensure that the price we quoted was completely accurate. Had you chosen to move forward, we would not have charged you that price. We review all charges in detail with our customers, before accepting any payment. We can see that we did not provide you with an exceptional experience.
