12/19/18. I had a coupon for the winterize your car package. What an amazing deal, the coupon included an oil change, top off fluids and free blades ( for most cars)for under $80. The staff was friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. They give you your car information as a hard copy and in email and a text alert link. Information overload in a good way. I arrived early for my appointment and I was in/out within the hour. The waiting room had an tv and refreshments ready available. They provide you with a tech and an advisor. My advisor kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle and all recommendations i needed. No pressure to fix anything immediately. The overall atmosphere is light and welcoming. You will not be disappointed if you come here.

Graham Auto Repair, Rick, Rob, Jennifer and all the mechanics are knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, courteous, caring and helpful. I've been coming here for over two years to get my car looked after, everyone here is so caring and helpful; a couple times, I couldn't afford all the repairs so they offered their opinions on what to repair first, next and finally, this helped me and my car survive until next time.

I brought my 07 G-6 GT to Graham Auto for a transmission problem, a car dealer had told me there was no problem, but Graham Auto found bad motor mounts, which seems to have fixed most of the problem.
