I was very appreciative of Christian squeezing me in on a very busy day at the shop. My vehicle was 2000mi over for an oil change so really needed it. Thank you everyone there!

There are not enough stars to describe my experience. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know and taking all my business here from now on... This place had a real opportunity to take advantage of my situation and cash in, however, they helped me find a recall and discounted the diagnosis.

I have found Graham Auto Repair to be honest and reliable. They don't find problems that are not there, and give me good advice about what my vehicle does need to keep it running smoothly. I am an elderly widow, so I need a place I can trust. I find they go the second mile to help me.

I was happy with the work I have had done here, until one day i was driving on 405 and lost power to the engine. I was able to make it to the carpool lane on 405 but broke down there. Sat there with my hazards on , trying to restart my car. Waiting for the state troopers in the carpool lane, praying I did not get rear ended by drivers traveling over 70 mph. Getting rear ended at that speed...bad things could have happened for many people. I took my car to another mechanic who inspected the vehicle and told me whoever put in the battery connected it incorrectly which led to the connection from the battery to the engine shaking loose, leading to the power loss. Graham Auto Repair did this battery installation. I am thankful no one was hurt, but this situation is absolutely unacceptable. These are very nice people but putting my life in danger, and that of my child, because of a careless mistake is unforgivable. Leaving this shop with a vehicle that is safe....i'm sorry to say my trust in that has been completley shattered.

You called me once, from a number that came across as a private one and didn't leave a voicemail. I had to look up the number to find out it was from Graham Auto Repair. You dont care. This is a situation that has already been resolved, because i will not be back. I truly hope the poor quality of work of your team does not lead to someone being seriously hurt...as should you.

Excellent customer service, honest pricing, even cut the 2nd level engine diagnostic in half because the full service wasn’t needed.

My experience with Graham Auto Repair will forever rank as one of the best customer service experiences of my life! I actually train and develop in the customer care industry and the experience with Christian blew my mind! Not only is the waiting area inviting, it’s clear the whole team is committed to creating a first class guest experience! They went above and beyond to make sure I was heard and taken care of! 10/10 would recommend!
