Had to make 3 trips/appointments for my A/C issue(S) on my 1994 OBS refrigerant fill to two different leaks that weren't caught on the first release. Ended up spending more and more when the 2nd appointment should have flagged the issues since the first didn't.

I scheduled an oil change for my husbands truck and I’m always on guard when going to auto shops because they’ll try to pressure me into having more work done than I’m ready for. This was not the case here. They completed the oil change in a timely manner and went over the report for his truck. They talked me through each thing that could be done later but there was zero pressure, only education which is a breath of fresh air. Pricing was very fair also! The men up front were kind and informative. Highly recommend!

We called them in a stress moment, after a break job left us with an unexpected issue. They were very accommodating, and got us in right away. To our surprise, it was not a “typical” auto shop, but a very pleasant and comfortable business location. The staff person, Christian, was helpful and pleasant. We were treated very well, costs were minimal, and we will definitely be coming back in the future for our auto repair and maintenance. Thanks to all!

UPDATE: We went back again for an oil change, and the experience was once again stellar! We love that we’re not hanging around a greasy old mechanic’s shop, waiting until they can get around to servicing our car. Their waiting area is as pleasant as our doctor’s office, with all the amenities, too. We had an appointment, and they were right on time, friendly, and delivered our car within the timeframe they quoted. We are sold, and won’t hesitate to recommend Graham Auto to everyone we know who has a car. Oh, did I mention their rewards program…? Make sure you ask about it when you go!

This is my go to shop for auto repair. Moved in the area Spring of 2024. They replaced water pump & my brakes on my 2012 Ford F150. Just did brakes on wife’s Yukon last week. Great staff. Very professional and good communication. Highly recommended.
