Graham and Yelm Auto Repair

I was traveling out of state while Graham Auto Repair did work on my car. they kept me informed via texts, email and phone calls of all work and issues that they encountered with my car. Although I generally do all my own work ans do not make a habit of taking my car into a shop, they impressed my to where I will not have an issue taking it to them in the future. Very professional.

Great people! Gave me a prioritized list of what needed to be fixed on my car so I can work on it as my budget allows.

They were awesome! Through the entire process, I was kept informed and received itemized estimates for everything. They only proceeded with work once I okay'd it, and the work was done quickly. Very polite, and I'll continue bringing my vehicles there for service!

While I felt the labor costs were a bit steep, I have to say that they were extremely friendly and caring, and go the extra mile. A thoughtful touch was the unexpected little gift on my front seat. Would I tell someone else about them? Yes, and I already have! Would I go back? Absolutely!
