I came to them with a mechanical problem with my motorhome that I had been trying for quite some time to remedy, with no success. They discovered and solved the problem in a matter of hours and also did a full diagnostic of the vehicle, giving me confidence and comfort regarding the general condition of the vehicle. They gave me a full list of the items that should be addressed and were totally comfortable with me cherry picking which ones I wanted them to do. No pressure, just professional service. Their facility doesn't feel like a dingy auto repair place, but rather like the service department of a major auto dealer. They were very honest with me and very fair with the price. I will absolutely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family. Auto repairs can be scary but these guys are honest, which is 95% of the fear of other repair shops. They are truly a community auto service company and I felt like they weren't trying to gouge me out of every dime they could, but were actually interested in helping me with what I needed, which has turned me into a loyal future customer.

I had a persistent P0446 code for almost 3 years, even after taking the car to Firestone and KIA multiple times to try to get it fixed. No one could figure it out, though they charged me dearly for trying. I decided to try Graham Auto Repair this time based on recommendations. They quickly figured out there was a broken signal wire from the ECM to a solenoid valve that was causing the code to set and ran a new circuit which fixed the problem once and for all. If I had gone to them first, I would have saved hundreds of dollars in failed emissions inspections and the "repairs" done by others that really didn't fix anything. I will be using Graham Auto Repair exclusively from now on!
