Amazing customer service. Vary professional. Good people work there. Their price point is slightly higher than average and I could get work done cheaper at other places, but there is truth in the saying, “You get what you pay for.” They have gone the extra mile for me when I needed it but didn’t expect it. They did exactly what I needed and I am very happy with the service they provided even though it was a little pricey for my budget it was OK because I was so happy that my car was fixed that I didn’t even really care. I was treated so well and I’m very happy with your work and I will definitely refer this business to anybody because they were honest and they treated me very well I like to give extra kudos to Christian Alan and Seth.

Way overpriced

Thank you for expressing your concern Mark. As we explained during your inquiry with our shop, we are not the least expensive. This is the reason we are transparent about our prices up-front, so that customers can make the best decision for their budget. We stand behind our work with in-house warranties on most parts and labor. We always disclose which services are under warranty before completing the service. We also provide a courtesy vehicle inspection with every service, and share photos of anything we find via text or email. We wish you the best, and hope that you find the service that you are seeking for the replacement of your Motor Mounts.

I took my truck here after hearing a lot of good stuff about them. Graham Auto repair kept in touch with me every step of the way on working on my truck. If there was any set backs or problems they told me first before going any further, I was even told about other issues about my truck that the last shop I took it to did not tell me before. On 2/28, I took my car in for an 10:00 engine check light analysis. At 4:05, the work was the invoice was cut. Seems like a long time to review the engine check light codes. FRom the invoice, it seems a lot of time was spent looking for other things that might need to be repaired. At pickup, my wife was told that the final report was not yet finished, but it would be emailed to the above address later that day. It is now 3/10 and I still have not received the report.
