They did a good job doing my oil change and it didn't take long at all. They gave me great information about how my vehicle was doing and didn't give me false information. They don't pressure you into making a follow up appointment, and give you a estimate if you ask. *Edit: They contacted me directly after posting this and helped clear up any issues I had.

My steering was completely seized up on my f150 and needed to get it towed. I called graham auto and they offered to have it towed if I didn't have a way to get it there. They diagnosed it and sent a text with the info the same day and we got the parts for the repair ordered right then and there. They notified me when the parts arrived and the repair was done the next day and I was able to come in and pick it up. Truck drives like new and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Brian.

Good service but won't be going again. Took a week to get an appt, had to wait a day for parts then another day for it to actually get done. No communication between drop off and when it was ready 3 days later, I had to call in to ask whether or not my car would be ready or not. I was in no way prepared for a brake and alignment job to take 3 days. I personally think it was also over-priced but willing to give grace since the comprehensive inspection and customer service (other than lack of communication) was great.

I’ve been back to this place several times for a battery problem. They’ve always been professional and taken good care of me at no cost because of warranties! A woman has to worry if they’ve been taken advantage of but not the case here!

Took my truck here for a diagnostic which went fine but my Catalytic converters were stolen while in their parking lot. I guess that’s the reason they were so adamant about signing not liable for your vehicle while parked there. They did a good job on running a diagnostic on my truck and let me know everything wrong with it. I wouldn’t leave your vehicle here overnight.

Unfortunately theft and vandalism have both been on the rise; not only in our area, but across the nation. That is the reason we encourage our customers to pick-up their vehicle once the service is complete. We have a very limited space to park vehicles inside. Priority is given to vehicles that are currently being serviced. We will always communicate to let you know when we don't have room to keep your vehicle locked inside. Your safety and your vehicle's safety is one of our top priorities. Thankfully, vehicle theft and vandalism is covered by most car insurance. With that being said, it is still very frustrating for everyone involved. We are doing our best to communicate as much information with the local authorities as possible, to hopefully assist in fighting these types of crimes.
