I feel they treated me fair and never pressured me to do repairs… I had gone in for an alternator, and had them diagnose and service other issues. Even then felt that I was given a fair price. Reasonable turn around time with services. They answered and all questions, never made me feel silly or uneducated when discussing the needed repairs and services. I give 5 stars because automobiles are the most incredible drains on the wallet but Graham Auto is a great repair facility. I'm convinced that taking my Forester here will ensure it a long and trouble-free "life." And besides, the guys on the front desk are fun to do business with.
