I have to be honest here, I was very upset with Graham Auto for various reasons but I have to say, Graham Auto Service in Yelm is amazing. Even though I was very upset, I finally got my Jeep Back and, it Runs Perfect. I had a bill over $650 after paying a couple grand and all the drama, I had to drive to West Olympia and my Jeep Commander was back. It ran fantastic, it’s been sitting for over a year and finally Graham Auto Repair found the issue and now it drives like it’s brand new. Thank you Graham Auto Repair Yelm, a real stand up shop, I will continue to have my cars serviced at Graham Auto you should too.

Loved the fact that they gave me photos and videos of the issue. You typically distrust auto repair shops, but they were very professional and clear. Price was a little high maybe, but the work was done well and the problem was fixed. They even left a little goodie bag in the car, I thought that was kind.

The techs did an amazing job diagnosing a couple issues with my vehicle. They ordered the parts and had them quickly! Warranty covered almost all the expense and I didn't have to do a thing. They called me when it was finished the same day and even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the rig! Very impressed! I'll be only going to Graham for all my vehicles servicing.

I brought my 2017 Subaru in for scheduled maintenance and everything was great! Christian waited on me and was excellent. He was very courteous, thoroughly explained what maintenance would be performed, and made sure I didn't have any questions. All this and the price was reasonable too! I'll be back next time I need any work done on my car 😀
