I called last week a couple times and left a message. Still waiting for a turn call; same situation with my mom. She has called no answer no calls returned. The building looks good; much better than the red monstrosity before. They must still be in the process of hiring staff for the front reception. I gave 5 stars because I want them to see this message and fix the issue so I can use them and leave a real review for the business.

Did a good job on my timing belt (at least so far after 300 miles). I picked my car up right before closing and was going to my uncles place in roy; didn't even make it to Walmart by the time I heard a scraping noise and had no boost on my jetta. I limp it to roy and realize that the clamp on the intercooler piping was not on. Got it put back on after taking the headlight off and half the bumper. Went back to graham auto to let them know and they apologized and offered to make it right if the intercooler tube goes bad.

I'm happy to say my experience with Graham auto was great! They were thorough, thoughtful and they didn't get irritated with me asking questions. They got my work done in a timely fashion with a reasonable price. I will be using them for maintenance and repair if needed. Thank you again for the great service.

I had taken my Jeep Cherokee here for a repair on a fuel system problem that multiple mechanics couldn’t properly diagnose or fix. Graham was able to do it. I also had them do a brake check. Customer service was highly professional, freindly, and transparent about the status and cost of repair. The mechanics did great work and went above and beyond to gather the necessary parts. The only two reasons I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the cost and time of repair. The labor price is quite high and is added per service and it took them 4 days to complete the job. I would recomend and go back for the sake of a thorough repair and the gift bag placed in the car once the job was complete
