Great experience. Received a set of outstanding new tires that I should have purchased a long time ago.

We have had Graham Auto Repair work on both our vehicles, and they have done great. Rob is the one we have dealt with for most of our jobs, and we so appreciate him working with us to get our truck back within a timely manner. We appreciate their honesty also, if it doesn't need to be fixed they let us know, that is great! We have been very happy with Graham Auto and will continue to use them.

Went in for an alignment and they decided to spend an hour going over every little thing the car needed, and gave me a list of repairs on items that were in fine condition. This shop is also very expensive compared to other options available in the area. I am very disappointed

Very friendly, knowledgeable, Rob is an awesome guy , I feel he goes out of his way to help you understand what you need to know about your vehicle. Kudos to Rob

I was traveling in my rv and needed repair on my dash air. Being about 2000 miles from home I was apprehensive seeking repair so far away.I saw The Graham auto service website and gave a call. Rob the service manager was very gracious working me in that day. He even accommodated our time there by allowing us to stay in the parking lot in the RV. The repairs were done by the following day and Since I was so impressed with the honesty and fair price I had them pack my front wheel bearings. I wish I could find a repair facility this good at home. I so much appreciated the service We received from Rob the service manager and Shane along with Nate who did the work. I highly recommend this facility.

I called ahead to make sure I could get in and my issue could be delt with quickly. I needed to have some oil drained or even checked to see if it was overfilled. They said no problem they can remove some oil and check the levels. I arrived and asked about the service and a technician interrupted somewhat rudly that its an oil service (full oil change) and i asked several times if I can just have then siphon some out, or take the drain plug out and check the levels. The guy at the front said they should he able to but the technicians were adamant it "wasnt a service they offered". Feeling pretty much trapped, i forked over the 95 dollars (also felt very high anyway) for just an oil change no filter. I then waited for over an hour when they also said they would get to it right away. It sat for a good 15 or so minute and i was on a break from work somewhat desperate to not damage my engine. I voiced I was not happy with the options presented and there was no attempt to make anything right. Checking my oil it still looks overfilled...
