They take advantage of women. Had my wife bring her car in saying the sunroof was leaking, they said $200 to diagnose problem. I came back with my wife they said it was fixed and I paid the bill and asked what it was. He said my sunroof was leaking, I said I already knew that...but from what? He said the mechanic already went home so he didn't really know he just writes up the bill. Paid them $200 to do their job for them ie i told them the problem. They said they figured out why my car was getting wet inside, leaking sunroof. That was the diagnose. They insisted if they can't diagnose the problem there is no charge. I asked where it was leaking from and he said they didnt know and couldn't figure it out. They were trying to take advantage of a women and trying to rip off my wife. I asked for my money if they couldn't diagnose, My wife didnt want a confrontation and said let's just go.

Responsive, quick, and friendly service. Technicians were singing along with the radio and seemed to enjoy their job. Left a gift bag in the cup holder. Price was competitive with others in the area. Clean waiting room with cold drinks and coffee. I had seen some mixed reviews but my service was outstanding.

We have had Graham Auto Repair work on both our vehicles, and they have done great. Rob is the one we have dealt with for most of our jobs, and we so appreciate him working with us to get our truck back within a timely manner. Went in for an alignment and they decided to spend an hour going over every little thing the car needed, and gave me a list of repairs on items that were in fine condition. This shop is also very expensive compared to other options available in the area. I am very disappointed
