Great place, very professional and more affordable than the dealers service center.

The work done on my truck has only been a couple days but seems to be done the correct way so far. The issues I had was with communication on pricing and timeframe. The pricing changed a couple times and I was told I would get my truck back on a date as worst case so made plans for the weekend and then they had to keep my truck until the next week and therefore had to cancel all my plans last minute because I kept being told it should be done. My plans were out of town and needed my truck in order to get across the mountain so I had to cancel last minute which cost money along with not being able to meet people that I had planned to meet for a while. Better Communication would have been nice. The staff was nice when I talked to them but that didn’t help the situation. Seems like they did a good job on the work but all the other stuff was tough to deal with.

The very best place to get your vehicle serviced! I am 100% confident that my car will be taken care of. I commute all over Pierce and King county for work, I need to know that I am safe and that my car is well maintained I appreciate the flexibility when scheduling. When greeted, you feel like you are a friend. It is quite obvious, this is much more than a place to work. It really must be the best place to work! With gratitude, Trish & John

Team did a great job. Good communication and friendly service. The day we got our edge back from them our pickup got vandalized. No hesitation in having Graham auto tackle that job next.. there’s comfort in having a go to mechanic and Graham auto is ours.

My service appt was for rear brakes on my F150 after being told by two Ford dealerships that they needed to be replaced. One dealership said 3mm, the other said 4mm. Neither could do the work until late Dec so I made the appt with you for rear brakes. I was surprised but pleased to receive a call saying the brakes didn’t need to be replaced yet! I’m quite impressed and you will get the job when it’s time. And you gave me a ride so I didn’t need to wait. Honest and polite! Pretty much a rarity now.

My wife and I were on our way home last week when I hit something with my passenger rear tire. It was very dark and cold so I kept going I hit it at the top of Orting hill. I was able to make it to Graham Auto Repair even though it was about closing time they joined in and put my spare tire on. My wife and I are up in years and crippled up so with out them it would have been a long and cold night. They were so nice and helped us out of a real jam.
