Graham and Yelm Auto Repair

I've been bringing my old 80s truck to this shop for a long time now, from right when I bought it. I had them put a whole new exhaust system in right from the get go, and there's been a few minor issues with broken exhaust hangers, but they've repaired every it time under warranty. And that has been true for a couple things. The warranty policy Graham auto has in place is top notch and will keep me coming back for many more years. I can count on them to give me a straight forward estimate of what needs done, and worked with me to make sure the highest priority maintenance issues were taking care of within my budget. I can't recall a single time I've spent more than what was on the estimate actually. If it happened it probably wasn't by much. I'm also comforted by genuine interest in keeping my old truck on the road. I've been to a lot of shops over the years that would find every possible way to get more money and had little concern for how long their fix would last. But Graham Auto stands apart here, and I'm sure they are looking out for both my wallet and trucks well being. Needless to say, I'm absolutely confident that my vehicle is in good hands here, and have faith that the staff will make things right should an issue arise.

When I needed to replace my Jeep engine I called Graham Auto Repair in Yelm and was extremely happy with the guidance they gave me from diagnosis to install these guys hit it out of the park. They found me an engine and when it arrived they installed it in a timely manner and didn't cut any corners. I wasn't given a low ball cost estimate and then hit with a higher price, they quoted me a price and that's what they charged me. It's been a while since I had an auto shop that I could trust with performing repairs and yes, this is a trustworthy and honest place for auto repairs. I took my truck in at 8 am to Graham auto repair. I wanted the oil changed, plugs and plug wires removed and replaced. I had a special request, I had new led head light bulbs, and wanted them installed. No problem for them. They took my headlights and installed them, and did all the other maintenance without any problems. Kept my truck clean and treated as their own. They are not the cheapest auto repair in the area, but you pay for the best. By the way they will take you home after dropping off your car, and pick you up if needed. What I really like, is they take pictures of your auto's special attention areas to show you how they are wearing and when they need to be replaced. You won't go wrong with this repair shop. Both my wife's car and my truck is serviced here. Great job Graham auto repair. The service representatives are professional and go out of the way to help you. If there is a issue with your car that might need attention, you can say " no, not now" and not feel any pressure to do that repair at that time. Good job.

Amazing customer service. Vary professional. Good people work there. Their price point is slightly higher than average and I could get work done cheaper at other places, but there is truth in the saying, “You get what you pay for.” They have gone the extra mile for me when I needed it but didn’t expect it. I would recommend them to anyone. They will earn your trust quickly. Bring your car into them for anything and see what I’m talking about.
