What an incredible group of professionals. From check in to after we got home, this group checked on the trucks performance. During the servicing of my F-150, they found a couple of things that will need attention. This is not unusual from service centers, but Graham Auto gave me pictures of the parts that need future attention. They took that extra step to prioritize the sequence of repairs. I'll never take any of my four vehicles anywhere else...ever. Thank you so much

I recently had my brakes, wheel bearing, and water leak fixed after leaving them my car for over a week and almost 3000 dollars I got it back the next day over heated and my front end still sounded and felt like it wS going to fall off everytime I use my brakes my car chatters and vibrates took it back they said nothing was wrong with my front end or brakes yet it never shook before I had it fixed and they said my water pump was bad so I had them replace it a 10 hour job took another week and another 1500 dollars and I finally got car back I still have a water leak and my car still feels like it's going to loose a wheel I do not recommend anyone going there unless they have another car to drive and don't need it back anytime soon and if they have a lot of money they want to spend for no reason just sell your car and buy a new one after almost 5000 and my car drives worse than before I took it in will buy another used car before taking any car there again

Always happy to continue my business with trusted mechanics. Price quotes and completed services line up. They are also quick and efficient checking for but not pressuring the potential for upcoming vehicle repairs. Been using them for several years and the only place I feel confident the work is done right at fair prices.

I have had my 2K Silverado in for maintenance and repairs three times over the last cpl months and am very happy with the customer service and work performance of Graham Auto Repair. I have received exactly what was promised in quality of workmanship, parts and installation. You receive what you pay for! From out of town, and they were able to squeeze us in, to change a rear pinion seal, on my 21 JLUR, great customer service, and job was done quickly, and professionally, will definitely use them again. If needed, when in the area ! Hard to find good repair shops anymore !

First time using Graham Auto to get oil changes for my 2021 Tacoma and 1994 Mazda B4000. Rob at the front desk was so good with his Custome Service Skills with the services he provided and the way he treated all the Customers that entered the shop. Excellent place to go and get your vehicles serviced. Great looking facility both in the admin area, waiting area and the service bays. Nice and clean. People are friendly and treat everybody like family. I will have Graham Auto service all my vehicles from here on. Good and honest up front with prizes and explain everything in details. I highly recommend Graham Auto for all your vehicle repair and services. These are the guys that served our Country in uniform and being a Veteran myself, it is an honor to give them all the support they need to keep the shop in top shape and to make a living to carr for their families.
