First time using Graham Auto to get oil changes for my 2021 Tacoma and 1994 Mazda B4000. Rob at the front desk was so good with his Custome Service Skills with the services he provided and the way he treated all the Customers that entered the shop. Excellent place to go and get your vehicles serviced. Great looking facility both in the admin area, waiting area and the service bays. Nice and clean. People are friendly and treat everybody like family. I will have Graham Auto service all my vehicles from here on. Good and honest up front with prizes and explain everything in details. I highly recommend Graham Auto for all your vehicle repair and services. These are the guys that served our Country in uniform and being a Veteran myself, it is an honor to give them all the support they need to keep the shop in top shape and to make a living to carr for their families. Horrible place, had my car in for a diagnostic check to see what was wrong, which cost me an arm and a leg and then broke my 350.00 cold air intake in the process! Never again

When your vehicle was in for diagnostics, our Technician did not complete any repairs or diagnostic work near the cold air intake. All of the work that we completed was underneath your vehicle, not under the hood. These guys did a great job! I got my PCM, a sensor, struts & alignment fixed, and they did such a great job! I am happy with everything! :) I recommend and will definitely be back if any issues occur!
