We are celebrating one year of business at our second location in Yelm, WA! As part of our celebration we will be holding a weekly giveaway at both locations. We will have four (4) winners at each location. Keep scrolling to learn about the prizes, how to enter, and when the drawings will be held. If you still have questions, talk to our Service Team at either location!
We will be giving away four $50 dollar gift cards at each of our locations. Each gift card will be for a local business in either Graham or Yelm. If you submit your entry in Graham, you will be entered to win a gift card for a Graham Business. If you submit your entry in Yelm, you will be entered to win a gift card for a Yelm Business. This is our way of saying thank you to our customers and our local business community for all of your continued support!
Stop by either shop and fill out a Customer Satisfaction Survey. You can submit up to 1 (one) entry per weekly drawing. Make sure you get your survey turned in by Friday of each week in June. The final day to enter will be on Friday, June 30, 2023.

Please note: No purchase necessary. There will be no online options to enter. You must complete and submit the survey in person at either location. See details in the "Rules and Guidelines" section. Talk to your Service Advisor to pick-up a survey and fill one out when you visit our shop!
1. Who is eligible: To be eligible to win one of our eight (8) giveaways, the entrant must be a natural person who is a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and at least eighteen (18) years of age. If an entrant is a minor, as defined by the jurisdiction of the entrant's primary residence, the entrant's parent or legal guardian must grant permission for them to participate.
2. Who is NOT eligible: Employees of Graham Auto Repair and their immediate family members; previous winners (each entrant can only win this giveaway one time), and immediate family members of any previous winner. Immediate family is defined as spouse, children, and parents. In addition, any entry that is submitted incomplete or late will not be eligible to win. If someone submits multiple entries, or someone submits additional entries on an entrant's behalf, those additional entries will not be considered. Each entrant is limited to one (1) total entry per entry period. See details about the entry periods in section four (4).
3. How to enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entrants may receive one (1) entry per week by completing a Graham Auto Repair "Customer Satisfaction Survey." The survey can be picked-up in person only, at either location (there will be no online options of entry). The survey must be completed in full and submitted in the designated box at either location, by end of business on each Friday of the weekly giveaway. See entry periods below for dates and times in section four (4). When completing the survey, entrants need to ensure that they provide current contact information. This is so that entrants may be contacted via phone or email if they win. All required information must be completed in order to be eligible to win. If the survey is submitted incomplete, or is illegible, entrants will not be eligible to win. All entries that are filled out completely and legibly will be treated equally and will have an equal chance of winning.
4. Entry Period: Graham Auto Repair will accept entries at both locations, during the entry period outlined below. Graham Auto Repair must receive the entry during the applicable entry period for each giveaway in order to be eligible to win any of the giveaway prizes. There will be a total of eight (8) giveaways. There will be four (4) giveaways for entries received at our Graham Location, and four (4) giveaways for entries received at our Yelm Location. See our store location addresses and phone numbers listed below in section nineteen (19).
A. Total Entry Period: Entries will be accepted starting on June 1, 2023 at 8:00am, PST. The final date and time that entries will be accepted will be on June 30, 2023 at 6:00pm, PST. Entries must be received on site at either location, during normal business hours. See business hours listed in section nineteen (19) below.
B. First Giveaway on Monday, June 12, 2023. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from June 1, 2023 at 8:00am, PST, through June 9, 2023 at 6:00pm, PST.
C. Second Giveaway on Monday, June 19, 2023. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from June 12, 2023 at 8:00am, PST, through June 16, 2023 at 6:00pm, PST.
D. Third Giveaway on Monday, June 26, 2023. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from June 19, 2023 at 8:00am, PST, through June 23, 2023 at 6:00pm, PST.
E. Fourth/Final Giveaway on Monday, July 5, 2023. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from June 26, 2023 at 8:00am, PST, through June 30, 2023 at 6:00pm, PST.
5. Prize(s): Graham Auto Repair will be giving away a total of $400 in the form of eight (8) total $50 Gift Cards to local businesses, in the following manner:
A. Four (4) $50 Gift Cards for entries submitted at our location in Graham, WA. One (1) $50 Gift Card per Giveaway. Graham Auto Repair has purchased four (4) individual $50 Gift Cards and/or Gift Certificates for four (4) different businesses located in Graham, WA. The planned business locations in Graham, WA are as follows: Thai Mekong, Sun's Teriyaki, Amici Italian Eatery, and Puerto Vallarta in Graham. Please note: Graham Auto Repair has the right to change the business location for any reason if necessary; however, the amount of each Gift Card and/or Certificate will be equal to exactly $50.
B. Four (4) $50 Gift Cards for entries submitted at our location in Yelm, WA. One (1) $50 Gift Card per Giveaway. Graham Auto Repair has purchased four (4) individual $50 Gift Cards and/or Gift Certificates for four (4) different businesses located in Yelm, WA. The planned business locations in Yelm, WA are as follows: Bertoglio's Pizza; Shiplap Shop & Coffee House; 507 Taproom & Fill Station/The Grill at 507; and Puerto Vallarta in Yelm. Please note: Graham Auto Repair has the right to change the business location for any reason if necessary; however, the amount of each Gift Card and/or Certificate will be equal to exactly $50.
6. Selection of Winner(s): At the conclusion of each of the four (4) Giveaway entry periods as defined above, the Graham Auto Repair Marketing Manager will collect all entries for that entry period, at each location. All entries will be given an equal opportunity to win. Each entrant will be limited to one (1) entry per entry period. On the following Monday (see the dates defined in the Entry Period section above) the Marketing Manager will film a video of the winner drawn. The Store Manager for each location (unless unavailable, then another Graham Auto Repair employee will take their place) will randomly draw one (1) entry from all entries which were submitted during each entry period. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries that are received during the entry period, as defined above. If for any reason a prize is forfeited, Graham Auto Repair may, but is not required to, draw an alternate winner. If for any reason the drawing cannot take place and the winner cannot be chosen on the date as defined above, the entries will be kept secure until the winner can be drawn, as soon as practicable after the close of each entry period. Decisions of each winner are final and binding.
7. Necessary Availability: Winners of each Giveaway will be contacted by a Graham Auto Repair employee, by phone. If one of the winners fails to answer any prize notification telephone call, Graham Auto Repair will also attempt to contact the winner(s) by email. If a winner is chosen but we do not have a current telephone or email contact available, the entrant may be disqualified. At that time a different winner may be chosen from the remaining eligible entries during the same entry period. If no other entrants are available during that entry period, Graham Auto Repair may, but is not required to, draw an alternate winner from the other entry periods.
8. Winner's Obligations: If the potential winner is under the legal age of majority in his or her jurisdiction, the potential winner must provide written parental consent and release before distribution of the prize. The potential winner will need to supply Graham Auto Repair with current email and telephone information when submitting their entry, so they can be contacted when their entry is drawn. The potential winner will satisfy all the foregoing obligations, including the availability as described in section (7). Each potential winner will have one month (31 days) from the final drawing held on July 5, 2023, to comply. Failure or refusal to comply by August 5, 2023, shall result in the potential winner being disqualified and forfeiting the prize.
9. Cumulative Prize: The total cumulative value of this giveaway is $400 USD.
10. Entries Not Received: Graham Auto Repair is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries that may occur. Entrants should only submit their entry in the designated box to ensure that it is received on time and not misplaced. All entries become Graham Auto Repair's property and will not be returned to the entrant. Scheduling an appointment or paying for products or services at Graham Auto Repair will NOT increase an entrant's chances of winning. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that their entry submission is complete and that Graham Auto Repair has current contact information, to notify them if they are a potential winner.
11. Taxes: All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state, municipal, and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein, are the winner's sole responsibility. Graham Auto Repair is not responsible for any tax implications of the acceptance of the prize and makes no representations regarding the tax implications of accepting the prize. Pursuant to IRS Circular 230, neither these rules nor any other communication regarding this giveaway is for the purpose of helping an entrant or winner avoid any penalties that may be imposed by federal tax law, and no affected taxpayer may use the giveaway or its rules in that manner.
12. Entrant's Agreement: By entering this giveaway entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions that Graham Auto Repair makes regarding the giveaway, which decisions are final and binding on all matters. Any person refusing to agree with these terms shall not enter the giveaway and will be ineligible to win. Also, by entering the giveaway, an entrant who becomes the winner or potential winner of the prize grants Graham Auto Repair the right to use and publish his or her name. Graham Auto Repair may choose to post the names of winners online, in an email Newsletter sent to customers, on our Blog, and/or Social Media pages. Names of winners may be posted on one or all of the following Social Media page(s): Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Page(s), Bing, Yelp, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest. Winner(s) may choose to allow Graham Auto Repair to take their photo and/or video. In doing so they grant Graham Auto Repair the right to use and publish their name, photo and/or video, without Graham Auto Repair being obligated to pay or give the entrant any compensation for such use and publication. All photos and/or videos become the property of Graham Auto Repair. By participating in photos and/or videos the entrant gives Graham Auto Repair permission to use these in publications, which may be online, in print, via email, and via any other media in connection with the giveaway; but not as an endorsement of any business or service.
13. Announcing Winners: The names of all winners will be announced on or before August 31, 2023. A Graham Auto Repair team member will contact the potential winner via a telephone call to the contact information provided when their entry was submitted. When necessary, they will be contacted by email. Read more details about this process and our obligations in sections six (6), seven (7), and eight (8). The winners and/or potential winners may also be announced in our Blog and/or Social Media, as decided (but not obligated to do so) by Graham Auto Repair.
14. Entrant's Release: Entrant agrees that (a) all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the giveaway or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be resolved exclusively in accord with the provisions set forth in paragraph 16 below; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering (not including costs of services at Graham Auto Repair, since no purchase is required in order to enter the giveaway); but in no event attorney's fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses (not including costs of services at Graham Auto Repair, since no purchase is required in order to enter the giveaway), and any and all rights to have damages increased or multiplied. SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO PORTIONS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY. All issues or questions concerning validity, construction, interpretation, or enforceability of these rules, entrant's rights or obligations, or the rights or obligations of Graham Auto Repair, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to any choice of law Rules.
15. Termination of giveaways: Graham Auto Repair reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway if anything required for conducting the giveaway malfunctions or is deemed illegal. If this giveaway is terminated prior to the end of any entry period, which Graham Auto Repair may do at its sole discretion, Graham Auto Repair will post a notice on our Blog and/or Social Media.
16. Jurisdiction and Venue: The giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules, whether of the state of Washington or any other jurisdiction, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Washington. Void wherever prohibited for any reason. All disputes resulting in legal action shall be resolved in the appropriate court in Pierce County, Washington. Should Graham Auto Repair find it necessary to seek legal assistance to enforce its rights, its damages, if any, shall include its reasonable legal expenses and fees, including reasonable attorney fees.
17. Winners List: To learn who won, send your request, enclosing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Graham Auto Repair, 22217 Meridian Ave E, Graham, WA 98338. Requests received later than sixty (60) days following the last drawing date (which is July 5, 2023) will not be filled.
18. Privacy: Any personal information submitted in the giveaway is for the purpose of administering the giveaway. No personally identifiable information collected will be resold or otherwise shared with third parties for marketing or sales purposes.
19. Locations and Hours: Entries will be accepted during business hours only. There will be a locked-box at each location where entrants should submit their entry. Please inquire about any changes in business hours at each location, either in person or by telephone call. Location business hours may change or be altered by either location at any time. If entrants have any questions about the giveaway they can speak with a Graham Auto Repair Store Manager or Service Advisor. Entrants can request a printed copy of these Rules & Regulations at either location.
