A/C went out on my van during the hottest days. We got in quick here and they went right to work. Tech Nick M. Was responsive and the diagnostic reports she wrote up were so detailed. I really appreciated her correspondence. Would gladly bring my cars back here and recommend them to friends.

Disappointed in this shop. I took my car in to have a crankshaft relearn performed, and to have an a/c diagnostic done. What I received was a list of other items wrong with the car. I was informed that another diagnostic needed to find out what was wrong. I asked about the relearn, and was told they couldn't do it because of the codes. The a/c diagnostic was not done either. I felt that after a $186 diagnostic, it should be enough to point at a possible issue... nope.That list included a leaking differential cover which was last removed by this shop several years ago during a fluid service. It turns out that when they reinstalled the cover, they put a bracket that holds some tubing and hoses in place BETWEEN the cover and the differential thus creating a leak on the upper side. Bottom line is I felt that they were stacking diagnostic charges, when experienced mechanics would give possible solutions. I won't return to this shop, especially after finding the source of the leak in my differential.

When you brought your vehicle to us for a crankshaft relearn and an A/C diagnostic, we started with a Level 1 diagnostic to identify the root cause of your vehicle's concerns. These included codes that indicate a lean condition and misfire. This prevented us from performing a crankshaft relearn without addressing them first. Given the complexity of these concerns, we needed more time to delve deeper, which is why we suggested further diagnostics. Our goal is to ensure accurate and thorough evaluations and avoid unnecessary repairs or costs. We never take additional time without first seeking your approval. Unfortunately, since you declined the additional diagnostics time, we were unable to complete a comprehensive assessment. Regarding the A/C diagnostic, this is a separate process that requires distinct time and testing. Since the initial diagnostic was focused on the engine's performance and related issues, an A/C diagnostic would need additional time and resources to identify any potential problems. Since you declined that service, we did not perform any diagnostics on the A/C system. Regarding the list of concerns we provided, our intention was to inform you of all findings that might affect your vehicle’s performance and safety; including the leaking differential cover. The reason we perform a thorough inspection and provide you with photos, is to allow you to make informed decisions about your vehicle's maintenance and repair needs. It's important to note that our records show we last serviced your vehicle eight years ago for a front hub assembly, which is unrelated to the differential system. This leak was not caused by something our technician performed eight years ago. Troy came out to inspect my car today, and since they were too busy to make a diagnosis suggested I take it to another shop. He then let me stay in their air conditioned waiting room while I waited for my tow truck Big shout out to him for his help and extra care for my comfort!!

No No No No No. Do not go here!!!! I took my jeep here earlier in the year due to gurgling in my dash. I didnt have any loss of heat or airflow, but was told I needed to replace my heater core, which cost around $1500. Got the heater core fixed, was leaving the parking lot, and still heard gurgling. So I brought it back in a few days later, and they said the system just needed to be bled again. Picked up the vehicle, leave the parking lot, and it is still gurgling in the dash. Make another appointment and this time I'm told it's the water pump. So I get that fixed at another $600. Leaving the parking lot. It's still gurgling. Brought it back in and they said the system needed to be bled again. Left again, and it's still gurgling. Brought it back in and was told, "we're just guessing at this point but we know it's not the head gasket because they've already ran the tests for that". Come back to pick up my vehicle, and wouldn't you know it, they say its the head gasket. Now they want another $4000 to fix a problem they never fixed in the first place. Read the reviews. This is reminiscent of other reviews left. Be careful going here. Initiated a complaint with the BBB and this facility has yet to respond to it. Update: Graham Auto Repair refused to reply to the BBB complaint so it has been closed but will remain on report for 3 year anyway. Thank you BBB. Oh, and in regards to this companies response of "we are looking into it". Haven't heard a thing from them. So.....yeah.
