Scheduled an appointment a week ahead and showed up on time for my service. As soon as I got inside the person told me their machine is not working and he had to call and inform someone about that but not me. Not I had to drive back or look for different auto repair So disappointed on Graham Auto. Thanks for you not business

While our main A/C machine is currently out for service, we did explain that we could still complete the A/C service with a different machine. The reason for the service taking longer than normally expected was due to the potential for leaks in your A/C system. When you mentioned that you need to recharge your A/C often, we wanted to address this recurring concern by thoroughly checking for leaks, first. We were more than happy to assist you; we just needed more time to complete the service, which you declined. It appears that there may have been some misunderstanding as to what we were trying to explain. If you would like to discuss this further or reschedule your service, we would be happy to do so. Excellent service. I took my truck into two different Chevy service locations and a Firestone in Texas before driving to Washington. All said my brakes were good and no issues. I get to Washington and my truck tells me again the back brakes were low. I took it to Graham Auto and they identified the back caliper was sticking. They gave measurements for each brake pad not just one measurement for each set. I will be going here for all repairs they are able to complete.
