Scheduled an appointment a week ahead and showed up on time for my service. As soon as I got inside the person told me their machine is not working and he had to call and inform someone about that but not me. Not I had to drive back or look for different auto repair So disappointed on Graham Auto. Thanks for you not business

While our main A/C machine is currently out for service, we did explain that we could still complete the A/C service with a different machine. The reason for the service taking longer than normally expected was due to the potential for leaks in your A/C system. When you mentioned that you need to recharge your A/C often, we wanted to address this recurring concern by thoroughly checking for leaks, first. We were more than happy to assist you; we just needed more time to complete the service, which you declined.
