I had an appt set for Wednesday 2/4/2026 and had to reschedule which was set for 2/13/2026 at 1pm and when i went in on 2/13/2026 to drop my truck off they didn't have me scheduled but had my price of what i was paying. So they made sure with the techs that they could get it done for me since Joe was the one that i talked to about rescheduling my appt and said that everything was saved and good to go. They made sure my truck got done for me and were Very friendly, very professional answered all my questions. Made sure i had a ride home while they did my oil change on my truck and they also were coming to pick me up after my truck was done. Even though my son showed up and took me to go pick my truck up so they didn't have to come get me. I would definitely go back to them in the future. The only complaint is regarding their scheduling system. But other then that i was very pleased with the workers and their professionalism and how well they fixed my appt issue and got my truck taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you for making my first visit a good one even with the scheduling mistake. I would definitely recommend to everyone.
