We understand how frustrating it is to invest significantly in your vehicle and later experience additional problems, especially when you depend on it for work. We’re sorry this experience has left you feeling that your concerns were not resolved. We do want to clarify the timeline based on our records. The original repairs were completed in December 2024. The vehicle returned to us in June 2025, approximately six months and over 11k miles later, with different symptoms and diagnostic findings. At that time, we explained those findings and the recommended next steps. We have not seen or evaluated the vehicle since that visit, so we cannot speak to its current condition. We stand behind the work we perform and take our warranty obligations seriously. When a concern may be related to a previous repair, we ask that the vehicle be returned to us so we can properly evaluate it and determine whether it is covered under our warranty. If you would like to discuss this further I would like to invite you to reach out to our store and our manager we would be more than willing to discuss your concerns.
