I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service I received! They did a superb job on my vehicle from start to finish. What really stood out was that they provided me with a loaner car to use even before the diagnostics were completed, which was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond my expectations. The workmanship was exceptional, the communication was great, and I truly felt that they cared about both my vehicle and my experience as a customer. Then, when I got back into my vehicle after the work was completed, I was pleasantly surprised to find a small gratitude gift with a beautiful faith-based message. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me and showed the kind of heart behind their business. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding service and would highly recommend them to all my family and friends. They have definitely earned my trust and future business!

I was very impressed with both customer service (Isaiah) and the lead technician (Chris) in the Yelm, WA Graham Auto Repair location. Isaiah kept me informed of what was wrong with my vehicle and kept me aware when my vehicle would be ready and the price, which did not change. I have faith in both of them to ensure my vehicle will operate without issue. I would definitely recommend this shop for any concerns or issues with your vehicle.

Took our buick in to have it repaired told the guy when we dropped it off it was making a noise that it shouldn't and he said he didn't hear we assumed it was because of the traffic driving by they told us they fixed the car but when we got it back it ran worse than before and it was even louder there is no way that a buick that was silent before it had the problem should be louder if they fixed it now we have to take it to another shop to actually figure out what is really wrong with it this is ridiculous that I am paying twice to fix my car update got the car in again turns out there was a problem the first we took it in the gave an estimate of 4k with 100% mark up on the parts they charge 1800 for the part if I but it from gm it is 900 and and northwest Chevrolet is way less expensive to have it fixed I was hoping that they would be priced better here but no o2 sensors 100% mark up crazy was hoping to be able to get to 5 stars but I cannot justify it.
