I was very impressed with both customer service (Isaiah) and the lead technician (Chris) in the Yelm, WA Graham Auto Repair location. Isaiah kept me informed of what was wrong with my vehicle and kept me aware when my vehicle would be ready and the price, which did not change. I have faith in both of them to ensure my vehicle will operate without issue. I would definitely recommend this shop for any concerns or issues with your vehicle.

Took our buick in to have it repaired told the guy when we dropped it off it was making a noise that it shouldn't and he said he didn't hear we assumed it was because of the traffic driving by they told us they fixed the car but when we got it back it ran worse than before and it was even louder there is no way that a buick that was silent before it had the problem should be louder if they fixed it now we have to take it to another shop to actually figure out what is really wrong with it this is ridiculous that I am paying twice to fix my car zero star's

As always I beyond satisfied by their Customer Service, dedication to make sure you are well taken care of, and attention to detail when working on your vehicle. Had my f450 exhaust sensors replaced the truck is running great and no check engine light they have a quik turn around rate which is awesome👍

Scheduled an appointment and accidentally came on the wrong day. Christian was very helpful and able to get my car looked at, as well as a loaner car for me to use in the meantime. Very helpful, communicative, and welcoming. I will only be going here from now on!
