Took older model used car for check engine light. $800 later, two sensors replaced. No actual functional problem with the car, just sensors. They recommended I have a coolant leak looked at immediately. I foolishly brought the car in a second time. $350 later they said it will cost and additional $2000 to replace $200 worth of parts. $1800 was the cost for 13 hours of labor. I feel like they are way overpriced. Unless your vehicle is costs $75,000, I recommend you take your vehicle to someone with a little more pep in their step. I could have an entire engine replaced in 13 hours.

What an incredible group of professionals. From check in to after we got home, this group checked on the trucks performance. During the servicing of my F-150, they found a couple of things that will need attention. This is not unusual from service centers, but Graham Auto gave me pictures of the parts that need future attention. They took that extra step to prioritize the sequence of repairs. I'll never take any of my four vehicles anywhere else...ever. Thank you so much

I have to be honest here, I was very upset with Graham Auto for various reasons but I have to say, Graham Auto Service in Yelm is amazing. Even though I was very upset, I finally got my Jeep Back and, it Runs Perfect. I had a bill over $650 after paying a couple grand and all the drama, I had to drive to West Olympia and my Jeep Commander was back. It ran fantastic, it’s been sitting for over a year and finally Graham Auto Repair found the issue and now it drives like it’s brand new. Thank you Graham Auto Repair Yelm, a real stand up shop, I will continue to have my cars serviced at Graham Auto you should too.

Loved the fact that they gave me photos and videos of the issue. You typically distrust auto repair shops, but they were very professional and clear. Price was a little high maybe, but the work was done well and the problem was fixed. They even left a little goodie bag in the car, I thought that was kind.

The techs did an amazing job diagnosing a couple issues with my vehicle. They ordered the parts and had them quickly! Warranty covered almost all the expense and I didn't have to do a thing. They called me when it was finished the same day and even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the rig! Very impressed! I'll be only going to Graham for all my vehicles servicing.

I recently had my brakes, wheel bearing, and water leak fixed after leaving them my car for over a week and almost 3000 dollars I got it back the next day over heated and my front end still sounded and felt like it wS going to fall off everytime I use my brakes my car chatters and vibrates took it back they said nothing was wrong with my front end or brakes yet it never shook before I had it fixed and they said my water pump was bad so I had them replace it a 10 hour job took another week and another 1500 dollars and I finally got car back I still have a water leak and my car still feels like it's going to loose a wheel I do not recommend anyone going there unless they have another car to drive and don't need it back anytime soon and if they have a lot of money they want to spend for no reason just sell your car and buy a new one after almost 5000 and my car drives worse than before I took it in will buy another used car before taking any car there again
