RECAP: TODAY 2/14/2020 I had a meeting with the service manager to discuss what happened with my invoice and service. I am very impressed by all the work that was into investigating my invoice. It was discovered that thier suppliers weren't giving them proper whole sale prices which in turn led to the over charging of my parts. After scheduling meetings with thier suppliers to be sure that it doesnt happen again to any of thier customers I was refunded the difference for my parts. I am thrilled to see such measures being taken to ensure that everyone of thier customers are taken care of. I would just like to say thank you to Rick And Bryan for making my experience at Graham Auto an enjoyable one. I look forward to doing business with them again. Are they a little more expensive? Yes, BUT the best places always are. You get what you pay for and if this is they type of care you will be paying for when you go there then I say it is well worth it. Only getting two stars because customer service was nice. Not blaming the rep here but my invoice was out of control. They double charged me for parts and then over charged labor to put on a belt saying they had to release brackets and such to get to it... uh no you didnt. Could have done the repair and oil change myself for under $175 but I paid over $730 after asking them to take into consideration I'm a single mom who doesnt get any help and to be gentle. Well they took me for literally every penny I had. Drained my savings and my checking to a point I had to COUNT OUT CHANGE FOR THE LAST $10. Thanks for fixing my hose. I wont be back. I've never known a company to take advantage of women to such an extent.

My entire visit was an overall positive experience—from the customer service to the coffee bar and waiting room! I brought my car for a long overdue oil change and actually ended up solving a years long issue that was a result of poor work done by another company. Because of this I can finally solve these issues and rest soundly that my vehicle is healthy and in good hands. Have already referred to my co-workers who live in the area and will be returning for future work.

I visited Graham Auto Repair on January 15, 2020 because my check engine light kept turning on and off on several occasions. I am not a fan of dealerships because of poor service received in the past. So I was in search of a new mechanic that I could trust (which is so difficult these days). Well I must say I love the staff at Graham Auto Repair. They were absolutely amazing from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. From walking into the place, I was met and warmly welcomed by each of the service technicians who truly listened to me and what issues I was having so they could notate the work order for the mechanic. They offered hot coffee and cookies fresh out of the oven to help you relax while the mechanics searched for the issue on my car. They discovered several issues with my baby (I love my car) and even took photographs of the problem parts so you can see what the issue is versus wondering if it really was faulty or not. They got to work on fixing the issues and by the end of the day I had my car back to me at a reasonable price versus outrageously expensive dealerships. They warmly thanked me and I was on my way. Upon getting into my car, they even left a little thank you for your service baggie of some emergency items to keep in your car which I've never received from any other mechanic before which I thought was really sweet. It's been 12 days since my visit and my car is handling really nicely so I'm beyond thankful to them for such amazing service. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends in the area and I'm so grateful to have found them. Thank y'all!! Semper Fi!

Been taking my car here versus the dealer for 2 years now and have been happy with results and workmanship. The shop uses modern technology to inspect and diagnose newer vehicles. The photos taken for the issues your car is having so that you can see defects for yourself are reassuring. Most importantly you’re treated like a valued customer when you’re there.

As a woman who has had some bad experiences with car dealers service departments; I found Graham auto repair to be refreshing. They were friendly; courteous and knowledgeable! Rob explained everything to me that needed repair and things that did not. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
