I brought my car in for an air conditioning repair. The service was friendly and the communication was very proactive and thorough. I had to bring my car in a second time when the system was still not working correctly and again customer service with Christian was exceptional and they located the problem and took care of it at no additional cost. This was our first time at Graham Auto repair so we were a little hesitant. The exceptional customer service and repairs will have us returning for future car care.

Christian has been very helpful each time I've been in. The staff is friendly, helpful and as far as I can tell very honest. They give you a ride back home and will pick you up to get your vehicle. I have and I will recommend them to others. Will you shut up

I think the people are nice, everyone I spoke to was polite and respectful, I like what Graham does as far as service, customer service was great until they told me what I was going to have to pay for a fuse block. I managed to find a brand new fuse block with an entire wiring harness for my truck for a grand cheaper than what you were going to charge me for just the block and it only took me 10 minutes to find it so not sure what the deal is there. I had a good feeling about this place but over charging a customer is not good business.

At Graham Auto Repair we choose high-quality parts that qualify for our lifetime warranty on both the parts and the labor. It's important that we provide the best service possible for our customers. Part of that service is being able to offer a warranty, whenever possible. This can lead to an increased cost vs. some of the parts you can find elsewhere. Not all manufactures back their parts & repairs the way we do. That is one of the largest benefits of doing business with us. With the service on your fuse block, our warranty would be included. Horrible place, had my car in for a diagnostic check to see what was wrong, which cost me an arm and a leg and then broke my 350.00 cold air intake in the process! Never again

When your vehicle was in for diagnostics, our Technician did not complete any repairs or diagnostic work near the cold air intake. All of the work that we completed was underneath your vehicle, not under the hood. Was lied to about finding parts for my vehicle. Had my vehicle for 4 weeks and did very little. If they didn't want to work on it they should've just said so. I would've just brought it back home

We started using Graham Auto Repair shortly after the Yelm location opened for our service truck after having a lot of poor experiences at the dealership, Graham Auto Repair has consistently completed the work requested in a very timely manner, with past shops our truck has been down for up to a month, I believe the longest Graham Auto Repair has had our truck for a single job was three days. The work has been completed correctly, and their inspections have revealed work that was needed before we noticed it was needed.
